No Predictions for Alonso

Reigning Two-time World Champion Fernando Alonso is not betting on who will win the Japanese Grand Prix. The Fuji Speedway will host its first race since 1977- The likes of Alonso, Raikkonen, Massa and certainly Hamilton, were'nt even born then.
It's a new track for all the drivers as well as the teams, who have very little knowledge of it, although inspection will be done prior to the start of the weekend.
"As this is a new track for all the teams, we are in the same position with regards knowledge of the track," said Alonso.
The Spaniard isn't ready to predict who will win the Fuji race. He is certain though that the Championship will go down to the wire.
"Ferrari were strong at Spa, we were strong at Monza, everyone in the team is pushing hard to be strong at Fuji, Shanghai and Interlagos. We can still win races, and will be doing everything to make this happen in Japan."
Alonso chasing his third successive Drivers' title, is currently second in the standings, lagging two-points behind team-mate Lewis Hamilton.
Hamilton is also looking forward to a great race at Fuji, intending to extend his advantage further in the standings.
"Everyone will be in the same boat and it should be quite exciting. Everything is so close in the Championship now, so we have to go out there in Fuji and get as many points as possible." he said.
"It would be great to win. Also, Japan is one of my favourite countries and the fans are very enthusiastic, so it would be even better to win in front of them!"
